These aren’t just assessments, they’re opportunities to locate yourself in your story, identify what shaped you, and prepare your inner landscape for real, lasting change. This intentional foundation creates the safety and clarity needed for deep transformation.

With your foundations in place, you’re ready to begin with Pillar 1: Somatic Grounding. You don’t need to be perfect in this practice, only present and willing. These tools are here for you anytime you feel unsteady, disconnected, or unsure.
Healing isn’t linear. This is a sacred reweaving of your story, guided by intention and grace.
Pillar 1: Somatic Grounding Ritual
You can't rewire the brain without first calming the body.
What to do:

Complete the Somatic Grounding Ritual

Choose 1–2 grounding tools (rocking, bilateral movement, vagus stretch, breathwork)

Practice for at least 5 minutes daily before deeper work
Goal: Establish physiological safety. Calm your nervous system so your mind can open to change.
